Day 133 and I am currently at 26.2 lbs lost. I have been hovering around –26 & –27 for about 2 weeks now. I have kinda slowed down :( on the weight loss. But the big news are the new gagdets I am using in my “lifestyle change”.
I have mentioned the Fitbit in earlier posts and I still wear it everyday and night. However, I have stopped entering all the food I consume. It was good for 3-4 months to do, so I could learn and understand what and how much I was eating. It taught me a lot regarding, but is a lot of work to maintain when I leveled off regarding my calories and diet.
Now the new stuff. Since I have been running more, I added the Garmin Forerunner 405CX.

I have also added a Tanita InnerScan Body Composition Monitor scale which not only gives me my weight, but also Body Fat %, Body Water %, Muscle Mass and Visceral Fat. My latest results for each are:
- Body Fat % 15.8%
- Body Water % 55.0%
- Muscle Mass 173 lbs
- Visceral Fat 7
Overall still on track for my goal by the end of June. Yes!
